Buying a watch
HOW DOES BUYING A WATCH VIA WATCHSOLD WORK?
Buying a watch via WatchSold is a very straightforward process. Once you have found a watch that you are interested in buying you simply contact the WatchSold certified dealer directly via any of the contact methods on the watch listing page. You can send a message directly to the dealer via the build in contact form, WhatsApp, telephone, email or even visit the dealers physical store location. You always deal directly with a WatchSold certified dealer.
CAN I BUY WATCHES FROM PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS?
No. You will not be able to buy from private individuals. This is to ensure you are buying in a safe and secure environment from only vetted & certified WatchSold dealers. It is very risky to buy high ticket items from private individuals therefore we do not allow this on the WatchSold platform.
ARE THERE ANY FEES TO BUY A WATCH VIA WATCHSOLD?
No there are absolutely no fees and no commission for buyers. We do not charge any fees for buying a watch via WatchSold.com
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE WATCH?
You will always pay the dealer directly. WatchSold never accepts payment on behalf of our dealers. We are here to connect the buyer and seller. The vast majority of retailers we work with will accept credit / debit card, cash and bank transfer. Some will also accept cryptocurrency payments via BTC / ETH / USDT etc.
HOW WILL I GET MY WATCH?
WatchSold certified dealers offer services that will cater to your needs from in-person collections, local drop-offs and fully insured couriered services. You should discuss this directly with the dealer whom's offer you have accepted.

HOW DOES WATCHSOLD WORK FOR SELLERS?
Buyers submit enquiries for watches that they are looking to purchase on the WatchSold platform. You, as a retail partner, will be able to see these enquiries and respond to them. You can offer the watch to the customer and should your offer be accepted you will conclude the transaction directly with the customer.
HOW TO BECOME A DEALER ON WATCHSOLD?
We only accept established watch dealers with a proven good standing history of watch sales. You need to have the watches in hand and ready to sell to our buyers. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A WATCH SOLD PARTNER?
A nominal fee is charged on a rolling monthly basis. You are not tied into a long term contract - we simply ask for a month's notice to cancel your subscription.
